无一处不沉着,无一处不顺遂!太极者初学应在“松”上下功夫! 

太极拳和其他体育锻炼最大的不同,就是打太极拳周身内外上下要求松。依据松的进阶,可分为松开、松散、松沉、松净、松柔、松化等不同境界。其中,松开颈、肩、肘、腕、指、肋、腰、胯、膝、踝、脚趾、脊柱等身体的重要关节至为重要。只有松,气血才会在体内畅通无阻,才能为提高太极拳修炼境界奠定基础。只有把身体松开,才能实现“无一处不轻灵,无一处不坚韧,无一处不沉着,无一处不顺遂”,练太极拳才能“气遍身躯不稍滞”。 

  著名太极拳家吴图南对于如何松、应松到什么程度有过具体论述:“松者,蓬松也,宽而不紧也,轻松也,放开也,轻轻畅快也,不坚凝也,含有小孔以容其他物质之特性也。凡此种种,皆明示松之意义也。” 

  此外,太极拳里所说的松,不是懈怠,而是松中有紧、紧中含松。如此,方符合太极拳阴阳平衡之法则。我的一位太极拳老师曾用琴弦说明松紧的关系:“琴弦紧了才能弹,但过紧又会断,所以关键的关键是适中。” 

 

太极松身法的核心理念是对拉拔长、松紧相间、动静自然。通过这种方法的锻炼,可逐渐把各个关节松开,如是身体自能柔韧灵活。在此基础上再盘拳走架,则经络疏通,血脉流畅,舒适自然,内在充实。

太极内功十三桩法一定有十三种桩法,每一种 桩法都 具有其特殊练功效果,其中无极桩和浑元桩为核心桩法,希望大家好好练习。

太极内功十三桩法站桩时间要求,每一个桩法训练正常必须在30分钟以上,尤其是浑元基础桩法。完整太极内功十三桩法每次训练必须在30分钟以上。最佳效果应该为60分钟。

Follow Me 黄山老师 ☯ Instagram: https://instagram.com/taichizhe ☯Mail: h96436@gmail.com 浑元桩也叫太极桩,抱球桩,内家武术(太极拳八卦掌形意拳自然门大成拳等等)大多有此练法,也是气功练习之一。浑元桩是可以养丹田之气,通小周天(衽督两脉)的,也就是西方的脉轮的修炼!习练者在站桩中,通过思维意识的运用,而进入意识相对的静止状态,从中实现人体的阴阳平衡、开通经络、调和气血、补养元气,达到培本固元地目的。通过在桩功中的锻炼,才能使体内的真气运动自如,通过心法的应用才能进入静定的状态,才能达到天地人三合一的境界。
